When Plum Games receives enquiries by email it shall file any relevant document and may retain details of the enquirer, and other individuals identified in the enquiry. Plum Games will only use this information to process the enquiry and to check on Plum Games’ services and staff.

Players can request to view their game data from the games settings menu or via email. Deleting an account via the settings or an email deletion request will delete any existing player data on external servers, signing out or uninstalling the app will delete the players local data.
